Introduction

As Chief Technology Officer at Skills4Future, I lead the development of AI-driven learning systems that bring entrepreneurial education to life for students across the Czech Republic. Our mission is to empower young people—especially those with unique needs or limited access to opportunity—to develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to shape their futures through creativity, initiative, and innovation.

In this role, I design and deploy custom educational chatbots, develop scalable workshop formats, and architect digital ecosystems that embed entrepreneurial thinking into schools, teacher training programs, and mentorship networks. The goal is not to teach business plans, but to cultivate the mental infrastructure for agency and action.

Target Group

Primary: Students aged 10–18 in Czech schools, especially those with ADHD, autism, or special educational needs
Secondary: Teachers, school leadership, NGOs, policymakers, and university students supporting pilot rollouts

Project Objectives

AI-Augmented Entrepreneurial Learning

Equip students with personal AI assistants that coach them through idea development, problem-solving, and real-world application of entrepreneurial skills.

Teacher Empowerment through Digital Infrastructure

Provide educators with plug-and-play AI tools and workshop kits that allow them to deliver entrepreneurial education with confidence, structure, and adaptability.

Scalable Ecosystem for Impact

Create a sustainable model involving bachelor’s students, mentors, and experts who co-deliver and expand the reach of the educational program.

What We Did for the Program

AI Assistant Design and Deployment

  • Custom Chatbots for Classrooms: I designed AI assistants that support students in discovering their strengths, developing project ideas, and building execution plans.
  • Personalized Guidance: Each chatbot functions as a personal coach—encouraging reflection, offering feedback, and guiding students through key milestones.
  • Modular Integration: The chatbots were designed to run in parallel with in-class workshops, integrated into the program’s teaching materials and project flows.

Educational Workshop Architecture

  • Workshop Systematization: I developed a library of modular, scalable workshop formats covering themes like opportunity identification, creative strategy, and prototyping.
  • Pilot Program Implementation: We deployed pilot workshops in schools across multiple regions, each supported by digital tools and AI guides.
  • Teacher Training & Playbooks: Educators received practical training and digital handbooks to run the sessions independently with minimal prep time.

Strategic and Technological Infrastructure

  • Theory of Change Design: I contributed to the development of the initiative’s change framework, aligning AI design with cognitive development and inclusion goals.
  • Partnership Development: I advised on partnerships with ministries, NGOs, and universities to support rollout, feedback loops, and long-term ecosystem growth.
  • Impact Measurement Tools: We designed pre/post evaluation frameworks for both students and teachers, integrated with the chatbot system for live data collection.

Key Challenges

Adapting AI to Young, Neurodiverse Audiences

We had to build assistants that were both emotionally intelligent and cognitively intuitive—able to support ADHD, autistic, and highly curious students in meaningful ways.

Aligning Technology with Pedagogy

Each AI feature had to reinforce, not distract from, the learning process. Our system was carefully aligned with proven educational strategies and teacher workflows.

Ensuring Scalability and Sustainability

To reach national impact, the system had to run without technical barriers. That meant no app installation, minimal training, and strong modularity.

Outcomes and Impact

  • Pilot program deployed across 10+ schools, reaching over 200 students with AI-assisted workshops
  • Custom AI assistants designed and embedded into educational workflows with immediate student engagement and teacher uptake
  • Teacher empowerment through simple, structured tools that help guide student development even without prior business expertise
  • Foundation for a national rollout, with strong NGO and ministry interest, and support from pedagogical faculty students

Conclusion

At Skills4Future, we’re not teaching entrepreneurship as a subject — we’re embedding it as a mindset, habit, and way of being. Through AI-powered chatbots, scalable workshops, and a growing support ecosystem, we are transforming classrooms into launchpads for student agency. As CTO, my mission is to ensure that every young person — regardless of background — has access to the tools, insights, and encouragement to act on their ideas and build their future.
